Yes! Just 2 1/2 weeks after putting our house on the market we have a buyer! We accepted the offer and they will pay just $1,000 less than our asking price. We are so relieved and happy! I can relax again. Now we just have to figure out how to buy a house in California while still living here. We can't take the whole family, but we can't leave our kids either. We'll have to think about that one.
