Yesterday was Kyle's day off. Ever since we decided to move to California we have been imagining ourselves lounging on the beach. Finally we did it. Yesterday we spent the day at Laguna Beach. Breckyn was in heaven, chasing down waves and then running away from them, collecting sea shells and building sand castles. Kyra is still terrified of the waves, but still had fun. I LOVE the beach. It is my favorite place. I know I have a lot of those, but seriously, it is awesome. We can't wait to go back. Only problem, I forgot to take my camera, so you get this generic stock photo of Laguna Beach. Oh well, there is always next time.

Sounds like a lot of fun! I wish I was at the beach that would be more fun and relaxing that what I've been dealing with lately. And by the way I like the look of your new page. Very cute!

Of all the things that I miss from my missionary days -- in northern Chile -- the beach is BY FAR the thing I miss most. The greatest house I ever had was a mud hut on the beach. You guys are SO LUCKY to get to live next to a beach. It beats everything else!!!
I'm super happy for ya babe, but remember when i spent the first summer with my dad for like 3 weeks in CA and we had a beach side room and I had to keep shutting the door at night because it (the ocean) was so noisy? ya I always remember that whenever i'm at the beach or look at pictures of them...it sure is noisy, but I sure am happy for you hon!!!!! luv ya
